PUTTING THE HOLY DAY'S BACK IN THE HOLIDAYS - IT’S TIME TO RESTORE THE TRADITIONAL CHRISTIAN HOLIDAYS AND CELEBRATIONS!

“The propitious smiles of Heaven can never be expected on a nation that disregards the eternal rules …”

"No people ought to feel greater obligations to celebrate the goodness of the Great Disposer of Events of the Destiny of Nations than the people of the United States. His kind providence originally conducted them to one of the best portions of the dwelling place allotted for the great family of the human race. He protected and cherished them under all the difficulties and trials to which they were exposed in their early days. Under His fostering care their habits, their sentiments, and their pursuits prepared them for a transition in due time to a state of independence and self-government. In the arduous struggle by which it was attained they were distinguished by multiplied tokens of His benign interposition. During the interval which succeeded He reared them into the strength and endowed them with the resources which have enabled them to assert their national rights, and to enhance their national character in another arduous conflict, which is now so happily terminated by a peace and reconciliation with those who have been our enemies. And to the same Divine Author of Every Good and Perfect Gift we are indebted for all those privileges and advantages, religious as well as civil, which are so richly enjoyed in this favored land."

— James Madison (1751-1836) Father of the Constitution, 4th President of the U. S. (National Day of Thanksgiving, March 4, 1815)

God the basis of or laws, morals, liberty and freedom has been taken out of the schools, media, government, the public square, and now out of many of the traditional Christian holidays and celebrations. The holidays have been co-opted and perverted into pagan and secular humanism counterfeits, fables, myths and fairy tales.

It has been a multi-generational process of removing God from the hearts and minds of the people, especially the children. We have lost the cohesive bond of what it means to be American, of our morals, and of what is right and wrong. The repercussions have been devastating on society. Today we have rampant crime, senseless murders and shooting, broken families, lower standard of living, and a mounting pile debt.

What of God’s blessings upon a country? But what blessing is deserved on a country that has rejected God? Many parents have not taught their children about God, but of the Easter Bunny, the Tooth Fairy, or of Santa Claus and Rudolph the red nosed reindeer. The anti-God forces are truly the Grinch that stole Christmas.

Many have “exchanged the truth about God for a lie and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator.” Predictably, and biblically throughout history when a people and nation reject God is not without consequence, especially on the next generation (the children).

It’s time that we restored the spirit to the Holy Days and the true reason for the season. It is time we reject the Godless of today’s society and its commercialism.
