In the course of human events it sometimes becomes necessary to admonish the lawless, encourage the fainthearted, and strengthen the weak. We have reached just such a time in our history. The affairs of our nation are now steeped in avaricious corruption and our once stalwart institutions, including the Dept of Defense, are failing to fulfill the moral obligations upon which they were founded. Standing upon our natural and constitutional rights, we hereby apprise the American people that we have exhausted all internal efforts to rectify recent criminal activity within the Armed Forces.
In the Declaration of Independence our founding fathers sought separation. We seek no separation, but through this letter and the efforts we pledge herein, we pursue restoration through accountability. We intend to rebuild trust and restore the rule of law, particularly within the Armed Forces. Ultimately, we strive to once again become a moral people, restoring our nation, and making it again worthy of the great gift of liberty won by the colonial-era American people.
While implementing the COVID-19 vaccine mandate, military leaders broke the law, trampled constitutional rights, denied informed consent, permitted unwilling medical experimentation, and suppressed the free exercise of religion. Service members and families were significantly harmed by these actions. Their suffering continues to be felt financially, emotionally, and physically. Some service members became part of our ever-growing veteran homeless population, some developed debilitating vaccine injuries, and some even lost their lives. In an apparent attempt to avoid accountability, military leaders are continuing to ignore our communications regarding these injuries and the laws that were broken.
For GEN Milley, ADM Grady, GEN McConville, ADM Gilday, ADM Lescher, Gen Brown, Gen Berger, Gen Smith, VADM Kilby, VADM Nowell, VADM Fuller, LTG Martin, Lt Gen Davis, MG Edmonson, GEN Williams, ADM Fagan, VADM Buck, Lt Gen Clark, MG Francis, LTG Dingle, Lt Gen Miller, RADM Gillingham, and numerous others;
These individuals enabled lawlessness and the unwilling experimentation on service members. The moral and physical injuries they helped inflict are significant. They betrayed the trust of service members and the American people. Their actions caused irreparable harm to the Armed Forces and the institutions for which we have fought and bled.
These leaders refused to resign or take any other action to hold themselves accountable, nor have they attempted to repair the harm their policies and actions have caused. Since there has yet to be any accountability, the undersigned give our word to do everything morally permissible and legally possible to hold our own leadership accountable. We intend to rebuild trust by demonstrating that leaders cannot cast aside constitutional rights or the law for political expediency.
The flag and general officers are far from the only ones complicit in recent illegal activities, as a significant number of SES leaders and political appointees contributed. Evidence indicates that other executive agencies are engaging in illegal activity. However, as service members and veterans, we feel particularly responsible for the DoD and, in accordance with our oaths, we will make every effort to demonstrate by example, how an institution can put its own house in order.
We the undersigned, on behalf of hundreds of thousands of service members and the American people, while appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for guidance and purity of intention, mutually pledge to each other that we will do everything in our power, through lawful word and action, to hold accountable military leaders who failed to follow the law when their leadership and moral courage was most desperately needed.
In the coming years, thousands within our network will run for Congress and seek appointments to executive branch offices, while those of us still serving on active duty will continue to put fulfilling our oaths ahead of striving for rank or position. For those who achieve the lawful authority to do so, we pledge to recall from retirement the military leaders who broke the law and will convene courts-martial for the crimes they committed. For those of us who attain legislative offices, we pledge to introduce legislation to remove all retirement income for the military leaders who were criminally complicit, and we will ensure none serve in or retire from the Senior Executive Service.
This endeavor will be a continuous process with a long-term time horizon, but fulfilling our oaths to defend the Constitution requires just such persistent vigilance. Likewise, we are obligated, and so commit, to train those who come after us to fulfill their duty in achieving this accountability and safeguarding against such leadership failures hereafter.
Our nation was once great because it was good. It was built on moral principles founded in natural law and yet, the recent acceleration of moral relativism has us headed towards a precipitous implosion. While all good things come to an end, we refuse to allow our nation to go quietly into the depths of decadence and decay. We promise to exhaust all moral, ethical, and legal means to restore the rule of law and will begin by attempting to hold senior military leaders accountable. The Constitution is the supreme law of our land. We will fight to enforce that law and put an end to the two-tiered justice system. May future generations see our efforts and, God willing, may they also be recipients of the great gift of liberty that we have had the honor of safeguarding.

to the President of the United States of America Donald J. Trump
Sunday, October 25, 2020 Solemnity of Christ the King
Mister President,
Allow me to address you at this hour in which the fate of the whole world is being threatened by a global conspiracy against God and humanity. I write to you as an Archbishop, as a Successor of the Apostles, as the former Apostolic Nuncio to the United States of America. I am writing to you in the midst of the silence of both civil and religious authorities. May you accept these words of mine as the “voice of one crying out in the desert” (Jn 1:23).
As I said when I wrote my letter to you in June, this historical moment sees the forces of Evil aligned in a battle without quarter against the forces of Good; forces of Evil that appear powerful and organized as they oppose the children of Light, who are disoriented and disorganized, abandoned by their temporal and spiritual leaders.
Daily we sense the attacks multiplying of those who want to destroy the very basis of society: the natural family, respect for human life, love of country, freedom of education and business. We see heads of nations and religious leaders pandering to this suicide of Western culture and its Christian soul, while the fundamental rights of citizens and believers are denied in the name of a health emergency that is revealing itself more and more fully as instrumental to the establishment of an inhuman faceless tyranny.
A global plan called the Great Reset is underway. Its architect is a global elite that wants to subdue all of humanity, imposing coercive measures with which to drastically limit individual freedoms and those of entire populations. In several nations this plan has already been approved and financed; in others it is still in an early stage. Behind the world leaders who are the accomplices and executors of this infernal project, there are unscrupulous characters who finance the World Economic Forum and Event 201, promoting their agenda.
The purpose of the Great Reset is the imposition of a health dictatorship aiming at the imposition of liberticidal measures, hidden behind tempting promises of ensuring a universal income and cancelling individual debt. The price of these concessions from the International Monetary Fund will be the renunciation of private property and adherence to a program of vaccination against Covid-19 and Covid-21 promoted by Bill Gates with the collaboration of the main pharmaceutical groups. Beyond the enormous economic interests that motivate the promoters of the Great Reset, the imposition of the vaccination will be accompanied by the requirement of a health passport and a digital ID, with the consequent contact tracing of the population of the entire world. Those who do not accept these measures will be confined in detention camps or placed under house arrest, and all their assets will be confiscated.
Mr. President, I imagine that you are already aware that in some countries the Great Reset will be activated between the end of this year and the first trimester of 2021. For this purpose, further lockdowns are planned, which will be officially justified by a supposed second and third wave of the pandemic. You are well aware of the means that have been deployed to sow panic and legitimize draconian limitations on individual liberties, artfully provoking a world-wide economic crisis. In the intentions of its architects, this crisis will serve to make the recourse of nations to the Great Reset irreversible, thereby giving the final blow to a world whose existence and very memory they want to completely cancel. But this world, Mr. President, includes people, affections, institutions, faith, culture, traditions, and ideals: people and values that do not act like automatons, who do not obey like machines, because they are endowed with a soul and a heart, because they are tied together by a spiritual bond that draws its strength from above, from that God that our adversaries want to challenge, just as Lucifer did at the beginning of time with his “non serviam .”
Many people – as we well know – are annoyed by this reference to the clash between Good and Evil and the use of “apocalyptic” overtones, which according to them exasperates spirits and sharpens divisions. It is not surprising that the enemy is angered at being discovered just when he believes he has reached the citadel he seeks to conquer undisturbed. What is surprising, however, is that there is no one to sound the alarm. The reaction of the deep state to those who denounce its plan is broken and incoherent, but understandable. Just when the complicity of the mainstream media had succeeded in making the transition to the New World Order almost painless and unnoticed, all sorts of deceptions, scandals and crimes are coming to light.
Until a few months ago, it was easy to smear as “conspiracy theorists” those who denounced these terrible plans, which we now see being carried out down to the smallest detail. No one, up until last February, would ever have thought that, in all of our cities, citizens would be arrested simply for wanting to walk down the street, to breathe, to want to keep their business open, to
want to go to church on Sunday. Yet now it is happening all over the world, even in picture-postcard Italy that many Americans consider to be a small enchanted country, with its ancient monuments, its churches, its charming cities, its characteristic villages. And while the politicians are barricaded inside their palaces promulgating decrees like Persian satraps, businesses are failing, shops are closing, and people are prevented from living, traveling, working, and praying. The disastrous psychological consequences of this operation are already being seen, beginning with the suicides of desperate entrepreneurs and of our children, segregated from friends and classmates, told to follow their classes while sitting at home alone in front of a computer.
In Sacred Scripture, Saint Paul speaks to us of “the one who opposes” the manifestation of the mystery of iniquity, the kathekon (2 Thess 2:6-7). In the religious sphere, this obstacle to evil is the Church, and in particular the papacy; in the political sphere, it is those who impede the establishment of the New World Order.
As is now clear, the one who occupies the Chair of Peter has betrayed his role from the very beginning in order to defend and promote the globalist ideology, supporting the agenda of the deep church, who chose him from its ranks.
Mr. President, you have clearly stated that you want to defend the nation – One Nation under God, fundamental liberties, and non-negotiable values that are denied and fought against today. It is you, dear President, who are “the one who opposes” the deep state, the final assault of the children of darkness.
For this reason, it is necessary that all people of good will be persuaded of the epochal importance of the imminent election: not so much for the sake of this or that political program, but because of the general inspiration of your action that best embodies – in this particular historical context – that world, our world, which they want to cancel by means of the lockdown. Your adversary is also our adversary: it is the Enemy of the human race, He who is “a murderer from the beginning” (Jn 8:44).
Around you are gathered with faith and courage those who consider you the final garrison against the world dictatorship. The alternative is to vote for a person who is manipulated by the deep state, gravely compromised by scandals and corruption, who will do to the United States what Jorge Mario Bergoglio is doing to the Church, Prime Minister Conte to Italy, President Macron to France, Prime Minster Sanchez to Spain, and so on. The blackmailable nature of Joe Biden – just like that of the prelates of the Vatican’s “magic circle” – will expose him to be used unscrupulously, allowing illegitimate powers to interfere in both domestic politics as well as international balances. It is obvious that those who manipulate him already have someone worse than him ready, with whom they will replace him as soon as the opportunity arises.
And yet, in the midst of this bleak picture, this apparently unstoppable advance of the “Invisible Enemy,” an element of hope emerges. The adversary does not know how to love, and it does not understand that it is not enough to assure a universal income or to cancel mortgages in order to subjugate the masses and convince them to be branded like cattle. This people, which for too long has endured the abuses of a hateful and tyrannical power, is rediscovering that it has a soul; it is understanding that it is not willing to exchange its freedom for the homogenization and cancellation of its identity; it is beginning to understand the value of familial and social ties, of the bonds of faith and culture that unite honest people. This Great Reset is destined to fail because those who planned it do not understand that there are still people ready to take to the streets to defend their rights, to protect their loved ones, to give a future to their children and grandchildren. The leveling inhumanity of the globalist project will shatter miserably in the face of the firm and courageous opposition of the children of Light. The enemy has Satan on its side, He who only knows how to hate. But on our side, we have the Lord Almighty, the God of armies arrayed for battle, and the Most Holy Virgin, who will crush the head of the ancient Serpent. “If God is for us, who can be against us?” (Rom 8:31).
Mr. President, you are well aware that, in this crucial hour, the United States of America is considered the defending wall against which the war declared by the advocates of globalism has been unleashed. Place your trust in the Lord, strengthened by the words of the Apostle Paul: “I can do all things in Him who strengthens me” (Phil 4:13). To be an instrument of Divine Providence is a great responsibility, for which you will certainly receive all the graces of state that you need, since they are being fervently implored for you by the many people who support you with their prayers.
With this heavenly hope and the assurance of my prayer for you, for the First Lady, and for your collaborators, with all my heart I send you my blessing.

Supreme Court Keeps Trump On 2024 Presidential Ballots By Unanimous Decision - March 4, 2024
The Supreme Court ruled on Monday that former President Donald Trump can remain on the presidential primary ballots in Colorado.
The Case, Trump v. Anderson, arose from the Colorado Supreme Court’s 4-3 decision to remove the 45th president from the state’s primary ballot, citing his actions on January 6, 2021, as violating the 14th Amendment.
The ruling comes one day before Colorado and 14 other states will select their Republican nominees for president.
The order found that only Congress, and not individual states, can disqualify candidates for federal office under section 3 of the 14th Amendment, which is known as the Disqualification Clause.
“The judgment of the Colorado Supreme Court … cannot stand,” the order read. “All nine Members of the Court agree with that result.”

The bridges, the infrastructure, and the people are really controlling Silicon Valley are the Larry Ellison’s. These are the people you know less about because they’re not the front men you know Zuckerberg is dispensable. Eric Schmidt is dispensable. Google is dispensable. They’ll just replace it with another one. Because the real godfathers are the Larry Ellison’s and the others and who funded Larry Ellison.

We’ve got to do this through congress and I’m here to tell you that before Donald Trump is done the internet will be a hundred percent regulated, or it will be broken up. Pennsylvania Guard Military Police Deploying to Guantanamo Bay - 5-21-2024
More than 100 Pennsylvania Army National Guard Soldiers assigned to the 28th Military Police (MP) Company, 165th MP Battalion, 55th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade, 28th Infantry Division, departed from Harrisburg International Airport May 19 to mobilize to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
The company is augmented by Soldiers from Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, 165th MP Battalion, and Soldiers from the 1069th MP Company and the 28th Infantry Division’s Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion.
During a departure ceremony for deploying Soldiers, family and friends at Fort Indiantown Gap May 18, the unit “cased” the company guidon. This tradition symbolizes a unit’s change in location, as the guidon travels wherever the unit commander goes.
“We’ve received ample training and are ready for the mission at hand,” said Capt. Victor Mayorquin, 28th MP Company commander. “We’ve been doing all we can to prepare for this, and I have full confidence in my unit’s ability to complete our mission successfully and return home safely.”
The unit will conducting detention operations for the Guantanamo Bay prison to ensure the secure, humane and orderly confinement of detainees and inmates.

Mr. Trump, using his account on Truth Social on Sunday, promoted two posts from other users of the site that called for the jailing of his perceived political enemies.

President Donald Trump, members of Congress, Supreme Court, Military, and fellow citizens of the restored Republic of the United States of America. It is my sincere honor to deliver an address on America’s covenant with God. Before we begin, I would ask that you take a moment to bow your head and pray. God, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. We ask for your forgiveness of our sins and for our nation’s transgressions against your divine laws. We have gone astray from the purpose for which this country was founded. Once again you saved the country from certain destruction, guiding her through Three Great Perils, or struggles for survival. Therefore, we ask for your continued blessings, guidance, and protection for ourselves and our country as we enter a new era. And we ask this through Jesus Christ the Lord. Amen.
The American Covenant is a sacred and binding agreement between God and this nation. It was forged with the Declaration of Independence during the throws of the Revolutionary War. The essence of this covenant is best summarized by Father Bill McCarthy from in his book A Personal Relationship with Jesus. “The essence of this covenant is, ‘I will be your God and you will be My people.’ If we surrender to God all that we are and all that we have (because He is our God), God will give us all that He is and all that He has (because we are his people). We are, therefore, made joint heirs with Christ of all the blessings, graces and gifts of the Father.” The terms of this covenant involve shining the light of the Gospel, of true liberty, truth, and justice to the entire world.
The Declaration of Independence is a spiritual covenantal document between a people and their God. Member states voluntarily joined together under a frame of government as “One Nation Under God.” Declaration of Independence is the country’s mission statement. I would like to take a moment to share a few excerpts from the declaration to highlight the covenantal aspects of the document.
We hold these truths to be self-evident [It is obvious, we all agree.], that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator [which is God] with certain unalienable Rights [rights that cannot be taken away by man or government], that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness —That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. …
The purpose of civil government stated in the declaration is to secure and protect God-given rights; life (the right to life), and the blessings of liberty, and happiness [property] [The founder used the term property and happiness are used interchangeably; property is not only external but internal as well. Your internal property is your conscience.]

And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.
The duly elected representatives asked for divine assistance, an “Appeal to Heaven,” to bring forth the principles and tenets set forth in the declaration into fruition. And a trust in God that their prayers and petitions would be heard and answered. In a word, “thy will,” (if it’s God’s will), not their will “be done.”
Benjamin Franklin said that their petitions and prayers “they were graciously answered. All of us who were engaged in the struggle must have observed frequent instances of a superintending providence in our favor.” Most noticeable were the miracles, coincidences, and syncretistic events that unfolded on the battlefieds in Revolutionary War which George Washington witnessed firsthand. He said, that “The Hand of Providence has been so conspicuous in all this, that he must be worse than an infidel that lacks faith, and more than wicked, that has not gratitude enough to acknowledge His obligations.”
The Declaration of Independence and the Constitution, the country’s frame of government do not grant rights. Short of voting and running for office and being lected office, you have no rights. What you have God-given rights, natural rights given by God and nature’s God which are recognized and protected by the Constitution. This makes the United States unique among all the nations on earth.
The preamble to the Constitution states.
We, the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect Union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
But what are the blessings of liberty? True liberty is uniquely Christian spiritual covenantal relationship with God. It is scared because it is our connection with God which resides in the human heart. Gospels of Jesus Christ defines liberty, or this Law of Liberty.
— 2 Corinthians 3:17 Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. [liberty]” RSV
The blessings of liberty can only come from God. That is true liberty.
If the nation needed sign from heaven on covenant established by our country’s founders. It was given on July 4, 1826. On the fiftieth anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. John Adams, and Thomas Jefferson, the two men most responsible for the document, died a few hours apart. The date bore was a visible mark of God for a reason. Biblically it was the Jubilee year of the country’s independence from their bondage with England. From the book Leviticus in the Bible “Consecrate the fiftieth year and ‘Proclaim Liberty Throughout All the Land Unto All the Inhabitants thereof.’ It shall be a Jubilee for you;”
For the people and nations that follow God’s Laws and commandments, He grants special graces such as peace, happiness, justice, prosperity, and national protection. We have the free will and choice to live under the covenant in obedience to God’s Laws and Commandments and enjoy God’s blessing. Conversely, if we reject God’s Laws and live in disobedience, then we will suffer the unenviable consequences of our actions.
John Quincy Adams stated “They,” [the American people, which includes you, and I today], John Quincy Adams stated. “Were bound by the laws of God, which they all, and by the laws of the Gospel, which they nearly all acknowledged as the rules of their conduct. They were bound by the principles which they themselves had proclaimed in the Declaration.”
This is our country’s providential and covenantal history. And it is our shared destiny as a nation that cannot escape. Our country’s founders clearly warned us that the spiritual destiny of the United States of America is inextricably connected to our adherence to, or departure from the Laws of God. But along with the blessings of liberty, so too comes the obligations. To preserve and defend our nation’s covenant with God, and to safely pass it on to the next generation.
