Over a decade, across five sovereign nations that spend the rest of their time pointing missiles at each other, we documented the following:
Fifty-five major cryptocurrency enforcement actions totaling over fifty billion dollars seized, forfeited, and in the most recent cases, held as sovereign reserve assets rather than liquidated. That policy shift from sell to hold happened before it was ever announced publicly. The behavioral evidence preceded the executive order. That is not coincidence. That is institutional intent.
Forty-six of fifty-one cartel leadership arrests ninety point two percent landed in the same ninety-day window as a major financial enforcement action. Not the same year. The same quarter. Repeatedly. Across twelve consecutive quarters. In Q4 of 2022 and Q4 of 2025, over twenty billion dollars in enforcement activity across crypto, cartel, banking, and infrastructure domains converged simultaneously. The defense will ask you to believe that happened by chance. Twice.
The mixer sanctions followed a sequential ladder Blender, then Tornado Cash, then Sinbad each one systematically closing the next available cash-out pathway for North Korea, Iran, and the cartels. Not random enforcement. A ladder. Each rung closing the door opened when the last one was shut.
The legal architecture EO 13818, EO 13961, §311 special measures authority, civil forfeiture expansion, the GENIUS Act, the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve was built years before the enforcement wave arrived. You don’t build a machine before you know what you need it for. You build it because you know exactly what’s coming.
EncroChat. Sky ECC. Operation ANOM. Three separate encrypted communications networks, each silently compromised, each producing years of downstream arrests that overlapped with crypto seizures and cartel strikes in the same quarters. Independently. The defense wants you to believe three separate intelligence services penetrated three separate criminal communication networks and their arrest waves just happened to align with the financial enforcement timeline by accident.
The prediction model built from this evidence before the events occurred has now confirmed twelve predictions. Zero have been falsified. If this pattern were organic, predictions based on a choreography model would not consistently land. They do.
The null hypothesis requires more faith than the alternative.
That five historically adversarial sovereign powers activated enforcement against the same networks in the same compressed window for independent reasons.
That none of them defected. None broke ranks. None tipped off the targets for competitive advantage. None used the intelligence asymmetry to gain leverage over the others.
That there was no kinetic blowback at scale against the enforcement apparatus. That the most powerful criminal networks in human history networks that have assassinated heads of state, corrupted entire governments, and operated across every continent absorbed a decade of simultaneous multi-domain pressure from five nuclear powers and produced no meaningful coordinated response.
That the legal rails, the financial infrastructure, the seizure-to-reserve pipeline, and the physical monetary architecture all happened to mature at the same historical moment by institutional coincidence.
Ladies and gentlemen, I have been a lawyer for a long time. I have never asked a jury to believe less.
The chronology is the confession.
We do not need a handshake. We do not need a signature. We do not need a classified annex.
We have something better.
We have what they built. We have what they seized. We have what they held. We have the legislation they passed, the executive orders they signed, the reserve they formalized, the channels they closed, and the predictions that came true before anyone was supposed to know they would.
The question before you is not whether coordination occurred. The question is whether any other explanation
any explanation at all accounts for all of it simultaneously.
It does not.

The only verdict consistent with the facts is the one the facts have already rendered.
